Traditional Kitchen Rehab
Scope: The project included a complete gut rehabs of the kitchen and master bath in this period Seattle home. Both had been updated at some point in the 80s or 90s, and sadly didn’t fit the integrity of the historic architecture.
Programming: In addition to creating a more compatible aesthetic for these rooms, we also improved functionality and storage space.
Style: As aficionados of anything vintage, the clients had a deep appreciation for the era of the home. While referencing vintage Seattle aesthetics, we incorporated modern elements to make the spaces functional and stylistically relevant to the client’s modern lifestyle.on
